Reduce, Reuse, Rebrand
Reuse your product again and again
Reusing products is something about which we at Expand feel strongly! There have been times when I’ve heard people say, “My client buys these stands for next to nothing and then throws them away after events.” Frankly, this line makes me shudder. Retractable banner stands do not decompose, so what’s happening to all of this metal and plastic?
With Expand, your client won’t want to throw away the product because of its quality and lifetime warranty! Our warranty/repairs program is the best of the best—if your customer breaks a product, they simply pay the shipping back to our warehouse and we repair and ship it back for free! This also makes things easy on you as it’s something your client can do on their own. Expand also recycles any of our products if for some reason your client no longer has a need for them, making it a good choice if the thought of metal and plastic clogging up landfills makes you a bit uneasy.
Rebrand to your—brand’s—content.
Almost all of Expand’s products are rebrandable, meaning that you can purchase just a graphic if your client decides to alter a logo or add a sponsor to a step and repeat after you’ve already gotten our product. The takeaway here is that your client isn’t stuck with one message for all of eternity when they go with Expand. They can brand any product for each event or show, and the changing of graphics is extremely easy. We make it simple for them so it’s even simpler for you. (Now all you have to worry about is getting the client to approve final artwork!)
Reusing a product that’s going to last.
Where I live, a shopper must reuse their shopping bags in an effort to cut back on the use of plastic bags. This got me thinking. If you’re going to reuse a shopping bag, would you rather purchase a brown paper bag for 10 cents that will rip after 1-2 uses or would you instead purchase a sturdy canvas bag for $1 that will last you years? I’ve tried both and much prefer my (oh-so fashionable) canvas bags. The initial cost of $1 has paid for two years of trips to the grocery store, and these babies have many more years left in them. You can’t put a price on that kind of investment. Which leads me to my next point…
Make a true marketing investment.
We get it: Sometimes your client’s top priority is meeting a budget over saving the planet. Luckily, the concept of rebranding is both wallet- and planet-friendly. Informing your customer that the initial price of the hardware is an investment can help in the decision-making process. After your customer has purchased the hardware, they can rebrand it with a new graphic again…and again…and again—I’m sure you see where I’m going with this. If, in the process of normal use of the product, your customer breaks an Expand MediaScreen 2 pole, snaps off an Expand PodiumCase wheel, or damages their hardware in any other way, they can—you guessed it—get it repaired by us. This is a marketing investment that can quite literally last a lifetime.
Reduce your environmental impact.
Getting an Expand product is something you can feel good about—the quality is outshined only by the lifetime of use and ability to rebrand.
