Tip #1: Using the Expand Store
When selling Expand products to your customers, the online Expand Store can be extremely helpful. You must be an Authorized Expand Reseller in order to have access to Expand’s store. Click here to contact us about becoming an authorized Expand Reseller. We will confirm and send you a User ID and Password that you will need to access the store.
The Expand store offers online ordering for all Expand products. When you log in with your username and password, you will be able to see the price that you pay and the current inventory levels. You will also be able to review aged balances and investigate closed invoices.
Easily Prepare Quotes for your Customers
The Expand store offers you a quick way to prepare a quote for your customer. Enter in the quantities of each product they wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. It will total the price and you can save or print the page.
Save Money by Placing Your Order Online
We also offer an additional discount for all online orders. For your first online purchase, you will receive a 5% web discount on your entire order. After that, you will receive a 2% web discount on any additional online orders. This is a great and easy way to save money, while still receiving Expand’s high-quality products. The 5% or 2% discount will appear underneath “Total Amount” when you click on “View your cart” .
Upload Your Artwork Right to the Web Store
If you’re also ordering graphics for the Expand product you are purchasing, you can upload your artwork directly to the Expand store after placing your order. Simply find the order confirmation and click on the “Upload your Artwork” link. This brings you to our FTP upload application where you can sync your graphics with your order.
Track Your Order
The web store also makes it easier to track your order. Click on “Paid Invoice History” under the “My Account” tab and type in a date range or order number to get a list of invoices that match that criteria. The invoice will provide the tracking number and the number of packages the order was shipped in. Clicking on the tracking number will bring you to the UPS website, which will give you more information about when your order will be delivered.
And remember, the Expand website is another great tool to use when letting your customers know what products Expand offers. Each product page is set up in the same way and features a link to “Download a leaflet”, which you can email to your customers and a “Read more about the product ” link that takes you to a page with product specifications, including set-up instructions, size charts, and accessories.
